Poems can be sent via the form below – please state which prompt or exercise you are responding to. Poems can also be posted in the comments section of the relevant show’s blog post or shared on social media using #poetrynonstop.
Poems may be published online and shared on the podcast.

I am always on the lookout for guest poets who can offer advice and inspiration as well as showcasing their work.
If you would like to be a guest please include the following:
- A short bio
- Two to three poems
- A writing prompt or exercise for listeners to try. This should be related to one of the poems submitted so we can discuss the poem and then the prompt
- Your favourite episode of Poetry Non-Stop
