The Anti Social Worker joins us for some grime poetry and chat about his eventful and prolific career and how he returned to the studio to record his acclaimed album Militant Business and Grime Poetry. He also talks about how his children have taken up writing poetry and shares a writing exercise he did with his son.

Anti Social Worker’s five minutes in nature writing exercise

Go to a park, forest, beach or other natural setting and write a poem in five minutes. The aim is not to produce a polished poem but to use your five senses to take in your environment and get your pen moving. You will be surprised by what you end up writing.
